The WSS collaboration model is a combination of organization, technology, education and ongoing WSS collective cultural development and interactive guidelines and principles.  These components generate a cohesive integrated and dynamic mode of relatively ego-less and highly organized collaboration which is both globally distributed and centralized in its ongoing process while remaining efficient. This new, innovative, constantly evolving and endlessly scale-able collaborative paradigm is core and key to WSS success and its foundational difference from all other existing methods, systems and models of collaboration.
